1. South Beach — Miami Beach, Florida :- Celebrities and moneyed Eurotrash rub shoulders (and other body parts) with drug kingpins and   supermodels at swank beachfront hotels. South Beach also plays host to the annual Winter Music Conference, a trade show for DJs and nightlife industry types.
   
2. South Padre Island, Texas :-During the day it may have a Girls Gone Wild vibe, but when the sun sets, this Texas beach town has a thriving bar scene that would put a good-sized college town to shame.
   
3. Venice Beach, California :- Sure, Venice Beach may have an excessive share of muscle heads, but there's still a lot to like about this LA-area beach. A massive boardwalk scene means the party goes on all night, with tourists and locals mixing easily in the many area nightspots.
   
4. Coney Island — Brooklyn, New York :- Not your traditional beach scene, Coney Island is enjoying a renaissance of sorts, injecting new life into this old-fashioned slice of New York. Nighttime revelers enjoy bars, major concerts and, of course, Coney Island's famed carnival atmosphere.
   
5. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina :- A Spring Break bastion of drinking and debauchery, Myrtle Beach keeps the action up at night with an impressive selection of large-scale dance clubs. Superstar DJs may not have this beach on their tour schedules, but local jocks provide an amazing simulation
