  1. South Beach — Miami Beach, Florida :- Celebrities and moneyed Eurotrash rub shoulders (and other body parts) with drug kingpins and   supermodels at swank beachfront hotels. South Beach also plays host to the annual Winter Music Conference, a trade show for DJs and nightlife industry types.
